Following your FREE Strategy Call, I will start building your custom plan, which I compile based on a thorough health and lifestyle assessment.
Then I will schedule a 1:1 Initiation Call with you to go over every detail of your plan and answer any questions you may have.
NUTRITION & SUPPLEMENT PLAN:
I will provide you with a meal ideas list including recipes and foods you enjoy, that fit your prescribed calorie deficit and macros, and I’ll assess your food log and macro tracker weekly!
STRENGTH TRAINING & CARDIO:
Whether you want to train in the comfort of your own home or the gym, I will design a customized training plan, based on your fitness level, goals and the equipment you have access to - all of which will be delivered on the Brianna Bernard Fitness app.
Here, you will be able to track your progress each week by adding weights used and reps completed, body measurements, body weight, body fat percentage and progress photos.
You will receive monthly training program updates to ensure progressive overload and to keep the workouts fresh and fun!
ACCOUNTABILITY:
I will check-in with you weekly and you will be able to message me with questions ANY TIME through the Brianna Bernard Fitness app.
Weekly check-ins will take you approximately 15 minutes, which we monitor through the app. Based on your physical progression, mental growth and challenges or roadblocks, adjustments and mini-goals will be made, based on your response to the program.
You will receive a detailed video message from me regarding any adjustments made to your program and the why behind it so you can understand the intention behind every action.
