Expiration: All sessions and packages expire one year after purchase. No refunds. All sales are final.
Late Cancel & No Show Policy:
If you are no longer able to attend your weekly phone call check-in, please give a 24-hour notice via text or email to reschedule. Each package, you will get one free pass if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment. Life happens - I get it!  :) After that free pass is used, if you either do not answer for our scheduled call or you cancel with less than a 24-hour notice, you will lose your call for the week.
Payment Authorization:
Clients are responsible for paying the full program investment and authorize Brianna Bernard Fitness to charge their card on file for the appropriate installment amount each month (if they did not pay-in-full upfront).
