For the past five years, I have taught corporate nutrition lunch & learns and group fitness classes to the hard-working leaders that run some of the most successful corporations in the United States!
In 2014, I lost 100 pounds in one year and it changed my life in every way.

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT & MOBILITY (45-MIN)
Recent studies claim that sitting for eight hours a day is more harmful to our health than smoking cigarettes. Most desk workers suffer from poor posture, which in turn can lead to pain and discomfort in the neck, shoulders, wrists, back, hips and knees – leaving employees feeling distracted and unmotivated. The focus of these mobility sessions is functional movement, foam rolling and stretching to relieve muscle stress and tension and correct postural imbalances.

Meditation & Mindfulness
(45-Min)
Meditation (15-min):
In a guided meditation practice, employees will learn how to observe their thoughts without judgement, and to cultivate awareness and compassion in order to achieve mental clarity. Some of the benefits of meditation include reduced levels of stress and anxiety, lengthened attention span and improved memory, among others.
Mindfulness (30-min):
We see the term ‘mindfulness’ everywhere we look, but what does it mean? In this session, we will discuss how to implement mindfulness in the office and at home, plus tips and tricks to adopting a more mindful approach to life.
