Workout: Legs

It’s LEG DAY! After a set of Barbell Split Squats and Regular Squats, I always throw in these Pause Squats before moving to Barbell High Hip Deadlifts for my hamstrings. Hold each pause squat for THREE SECONDS at the bottom before exploding up! 

1- Barbell Pause Squat

2- Barbell High Hip Deadlift
