It’s BACK DAY! One of my favorite ways to hit my lats is INVERTED ROWS! You can use TRX ropes for these, but if you don’t have those at your gym or you don’t have a solid anchor for them in your house, a racked barbell will do the trick! :)
1- Inverted Barbell Rows (flat footed): This is the easier of the two, as you will need to pull LESS of your body weight.
2- Inverted Barbell Rows (from your heels): A little more challenging, as you will be pulling MORE of your body weight!
